Like a lazy lizard to slack too even throw up, along comes me old mate Spinkys to heave up at us yet more really stupid stupid stuff. Â He calls his latest efforts, “Dare to be Different”. Of course, he doesn’t dare to be different to those in his own little world, because then he’d be lost and go to hell!
It takes a lot to stand against opposition and against the status quo.
No it doesn’t. Â It just takes a great big dose of fuckwittery.
Many times it feels like the beach is washing over the rocks, gradually grating the rocks down until there is no resistance. It is at the hardest of times that we must stand on the rock that will never be corroded and dare to be different.
The only rock that seems to be resistant is the one rolling around inside your head. Â Even your non-corroding rock won’t last forever.
We can take heart from some examples presented to us recently. The other day Tennis legend Margaret Court spoke in defence of marriage.
Who?  Oh that’s right, unless you say Tennis legend1 nobody gives a flying fat cock what Court has to say for herself.  Back in the 70’s she was brilliant at hitting a ball with a racquet.  She then decided that she wanted to be a god botherer and ever since has been using her legend status to bring her some credibility.  She has vile outlook on gay people, abortion and catholics.
But because she’s a legend, the media give her space to say stupid things. Â Spinkys thinks this is brilliant. Â I think she’s just another cheap religious minister doing what they do to keep the money rolling in. Â She started her own church you know.
God has a deep love for all the people in this nation and around the world. He has not forsaken us yet.
That just makes me laugh. Â Every day hundreds of thousands of kids are starving. Â Everyday a natural disaster destroys the lives of many. Â Every day people die because of the violence of others, every day people die because they are in the wrong place at the wrong time. Â Instead of dealing with the real issues in the world, christians fuckdick wankers like me mate Spinkys are caught up in trying to stop others from getting married. Â And he thinks that’s a brave position.
This deep loving god, that hasn’t forsaken us doesn’t appear to be doing much. Â Perhaps Spinkys you can get off your lard arse and do something useful. Â A few years in Africa teaching them how to grow crops and digging wells. Â Why not put your religion to some practical use? Â I’ll tell you why, because it’s easier to condemn people because they don’t follow your religion than it is to actually give up everything you own and follow your god.
