So even allowing the LGB stuff, if we step into a world where God *does* exist, he clearly “designed” these people to experience gender dysphoria, and your choices are for Him to be a sadistic bastard, for the Devil to be able to thwart God’s design, or for it (gender change) to actually be the way that God intended it all along.
